About Me

I'm forward and shy. I have a really misleading sense of security. I can come off as being extremely arrogant,but I'm not I actually have a huge lack of self confidence( and I'm not looking for a booster so please keep the you're hot comments to yourself). I don't have a lot of friends, I have tons of acquaintances. This is probably because I am too lazy to keep up with mass amounts of people, and the ones I do keep up with are WELL worth my time an energy. I love run on sentences and adjectives. I hate net speak and adore senseless punctuation. which. is. probabably. why ee cummings is one of my favorite writers. I hate it when people talk just to fill up time or get rid of silence. You will never catch me making nervous conversation. If I have nothing to say I will probably sit there and stare at you or walk away. I am married, and have a 1 year old. They are both awesome and I love them very very much.. I'm not negative or jaded. I tell the truth, mostly because I am the worlds worst liar. I couldn't lie to save myself. I suppose that is an up and a down side to being my friend. I love reading, I am really into fashion, but I wear pajamas and a uniform 90 percent of the time. I was a club kid, a cheesecake,pinup,retro, goth and fetish model. I was a burlesque performer and a go go dancer. I love art and literature and all things creative. You probably will only ever skim my surface and I will probably puzzle the hell out of you at some point. So do ask questions and I will try my best (if interested) to answer.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that is interesting. People who have a really great and or strange sense of humor. People who ARE NOT looking for relationships of the sexual and dating nature. I'm married and wont be changing that.I will not add you if you're a band ( unless I know of you, and like you- or you are a friend of mine)I will not add you if you don't send me a message first.I probably won't add you if you don't live in Florida or Memphis because the chances of us ever coming across eachother are slim to none. ( Unless we have already met- which is quite possible)And I definately won't add you if you are a D Bag in general.

Music:

Industrial, Metal, Synth, Wave (new and old),Goth, Old school booty rap ( haha- everyone has guilty pleasures), the occasional show tune, big band, Jazz, Electronica, Techno, House, Trip Hop,Jazz, Blues, Big Band and anything from the 80's, Neil Diamond- the greatest song writer of our time, HAHA ( another one of those guilty things) I REALLY HATE emo music and most emo kids.

Movies:

I dont do chick flicks.... But if it has dick and fart jokes or lots of explosions you can bet your ass I will like it.I absolutely LOVE period films.

Television:

Curb Your Enthusiasm, SNL....the older casts ( the new one sucks), South Park, House....hmm thats all I can think of I dont watch much TV. Let me add that I hate cop dramas and most medical dramas ( save for House of course- Mike got me into that show)

Books:

Cry to Heaven by Anne Rice, Metamorphoses by Ovid, Subterraneans by Jack Kerouac, and Personae by Ezra Pound... just to name a few

Heroes:

Lili St. Cyr( or any burlesque performer for that matter, and anyone who has pioneered the music industry. ( let me rant for a sec- we need more pioneers in that industry- I am so sick of MTV and the shit they shove down everyone's throat. I REALLY REALLY hate hip hop and NEW Rap, and most NEW R and B. Music needs a change. )
