What if we sent inmates to Iran and left them there...

About Me

A California native transplanted to Texas through a series of mistakes. I decided to stay and make the best of it, made some good friends and started a good career. When people ask how I like Texas, I just respond with, "It's different". Been here long enough to talk like a Texan if I need to. I can't say Texans are more patriotic than Californians but do see more pride here. I have run in to several people, however, that have never left Texas and been to other States or places. Find that rather weird. I've been to 26 States and D.C. on various trips throughout the years. I really enjoy what I do for a living even though it has it's hazards. Making people smile is one of my favorite past times.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

My Interests

Hot rods, music, outdoor life, electronics, photography, Guinness and Newcastle beer. For 2008 my goals are to get a motorcycle license and be certified Open Water SCUBA.

I'd like to meet:

Normal people. Folks who have a life outside of MySpace. Get outside, do something for cryin' out loud! Ha!! I have some good friends here so will stick around.First Responders For McCain - Bumper sticker

Music:

Anything except crap like Fergie and 50 Cent. Pop music is out. Classic rock, old New Wave and alternative, punk, old country, jazz, blues.

Movies:

Unforgiven, Blazing Saddles and a bunch more.

Television:

Not a whole lot. Family Guy and that new show called The Big Bang Theory. I just want to laugh for the hour or so per day I watch TV if not watching sports.

Books:

W.E.B. Griffin, Louis L'Amour, Clive Cussler. Stuff like that.

Heroes:

Police, Fire, EMS/Paramedics, ER nurses. Folks who do their job well with little to no recognition. Grew up around Navy, Marines and the Coast Guard but do regard the Air Force and Army up there just the same. I know a ton of police and people in the armed forces. My parents.
