Band Members: CHRIS WHITE was a writer and bass-player with the highly acclaimed ‘60’s band The Zombies. In 2008, the original Zombies band got together to perform Odessey & Oracle at three sell-out performances in London for the 40th anniversary of the albums release.
By popular demand, they will be repeating this performance in April this year in a four date tour finishing at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Chris, with Rod Argent, co-wrote and co-produced the band Argent. He wrote their million selling song ‘Hold Your Head Up’ which reached number five in the charts both sides of the Atlantic and was awarded the BMI citation of popularity and received the BMI award for over one million broadcast performances.
He also co-produced, with Rod Argent, Colin Blunstone’s first three solo albums and wrote many songs on those albums.
Many artists have covered his songs including OK Go, Beck, The Beautiful South, Vanessa Paradis, Sonny & Cher, Uriah Heap, Fish and The Buckinghams and recently The Foo Fighters. The group People had a massive selling hit ‘I Love You’ which charted at number nine in America. The same song, by a Japanese artist, reached number one in Japan. ‘I Love You’ also received the BMI popularity citation.VIVIENNE BOUCHERAT is an award winning songwriter and a member of the London Bulgarian Choir (BBC open category Choir-of-the-Year winners) who recently worked with British Sea Power at Glastonbury and the Roundhouse and singing backing vocals with The Zombies on their Odessey & Oracle gigs. Vivienne is also a vocal and instrumental arranger as well as being a visual artist whose work has been exhibited at the Mall Galleries London.BIANCA KINANE
Toured with Jools Holland and Gary Barlow, and recently performed at the Edinburgh Festival. Previously signed to Warner Records, she has two albums and several singles to her credit. Won the Miami Winter Dance Awards with ‘Heaven’, a Danny Tenaglia remix. Also toured with the Bill Kenwright production ‘Thank You For The Music’.MATTHEW WHITE. With an impressive background as record producer, sound engineer, writer and programmer, the artists that Matt has worked with include Robbie Williams, Manic Street Preachers, Pink Floyd, Kylie Minogue and David Gray (amongst others). After 18 years in the music business, Matt was able to contribute through a multitude of mediums from production to playing some of the instruments on ‘The Key’. Matt has recently jumped from making music into managing the world's first true mobile music platform called MusicStation.
