My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone involved, intertwined, or addicted to EDM. Promoters, club owners, producers, other dj's, and, all other nice, friendly, and open minded people who love music.

Music:

A long-time student of what he considers an all-consuming sound of emotion and feeling; self-taught artist Anthony Attalla has now been marked as one of the fastest rising talents in electronic music. Moved by such early influences as The Prodigy, Nine Inch Nails, Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk, Leftfield and Orbital, Anthony also credits artists like Marvin Gaye, Smokie Robinson, and Miles Davis as subconscious influences on his eclectic sound. He’s brought his gritty, forward thinking style of electronica to cities across the continent all while holding down residencies at some of the top clubs in North America such as Bleu (Detroit), The Guvernment (Toronto) and Avalon (Los Angeles). 2008 is not slowing down for Anthony as his schedule takes him to his new residencies in Miami, Montreal, and Boston, as well as his introduction to the South American EDM scene at the Winter Music Festival in Gramado, Brazil.Attalla has been the requested opening act for Deep Dish, Steve Lawler, John Digweed, Ferry Corsten, ATB, Gabriel & Dresden, Danny Howells, Eric Prydz, Josh Wink, Satoshi Tomiie, Sander Klinenberg, Eddie Halliwell, Benny Benassi, Derrick Carter, Robbie Rivera, John Acquaviva, Infusion, and Christopher Lawrence among many others. In addition, Anthony also makes regular appearances on XM Radio, Proton Radio, John Digweed’s “Transitions” (KISS FM), BBC 1 Essential Mix, Frisky Radio, and Slanted House Podcast. This year, Anthony wil release his production on well known labels such as System Recordings and Organized Nature while continuing to bring his energetic sets to festivals throughout North America including WMC in Miami, SunDance in Montreal and Detroit Electronic Music Festival.Stay Tuned…
