Ana Nikolic , born September 27th 1978 in Paracin, Serbia - once a part of former Yugoslavia. During the war in former Yugoslavia, Ana decided to move to Greece to start her professional singing and dancing career. Ana is fluent in Greek and English and is learning German.
In private, Ana is a very family oriented and down to earth girl. She loves to party, dance and to meet people from different cultures during her hobby travelling. Ana studied fashion design in Belgrade before her breakthrough success in Music. She sang in numerous clubs and bars in Belgrade when she was quickly noticed by one of Serbia's hit record producers. Ana's debut single, "Januar" (January), became a hit in the mid summer of 2003. Her first album, also titled “Januarâ€, quickly became one of the top selling albums in Serbia and its neighbouring countries.
In 2004 she participated at the “Suncane Skale Festival†in Budva, Montenegro with the song “Srecan mi ne dolazi†(Don't come to me happy), which received great acclaim. In 2006 her song "Romale Romali" became one of the biggest selling hits of the year. Her long awaited second album “Devojka od Cokolade†(roughly translated as Chocolate Girl) was released in November 2006.
Ana is best known for her powerful voice and her songs sung with a bit of attitude. She is also a trained dancer and always incorporates different dance styles in her exciting shows and stage performances.
Ana’s third album is scheduled to be released in summer 2008. At this time she also takes a new step in her live and she will be continuing her success throughout Europe.
