I'd like to meet:
I want to meet YOU! :o) I want to meet people who are "Cool Like That." Know what I mean? I like meeting people who are comfortable in their own skin, and don't have to act like something they're not. I like people who can be themselves. I am ALWAYS down to meet new and interesting friends that I can hang with!! In terms of meeting "that special person," I found him!! He gives me the butterflies in my tummy, and can accept me for who I am. This GUY has stood by me through thick 'n thin, and has a GOOD 'N KIND HEART! He's a keeper!! :D
Music:
Music is my life!! I love it!! I like to listen to all types of music! I think that the type of music that I blast depends on my mood and how I'm feeling: R&B, Trance, Dance, Pop, Alternative, and Plain 'Ole Oldies. I like singing songs at the top of my lungs, even though I don't know the lyrics :D If you're lucky enough to see me in an inebriated state, then I might just start dancing to the music (CAUTION: I CAN'T DANCE WORTH BEANS!)!!
Movies:
I LOVE MOVIES :o) My friends say that I am freakishly knowledgeable about every movie, and what actors are in them. I've been told that I'm the walkin' talkin' version of IMDB.COM! My all time favorites are the oldies but goodies: "Pretty in Pink," "Breakfast Club," and "Sixteen Candles." More recent faves are: "A Lot Like Love," "Garden State," "Napoleon Dynamite," "My Best Friend's Wedding," "50 First Dates," "The Wedding Singer," "The Bourne Identity," the "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy, and "Memoirs of a Geisha."
Television:
I admit that watching television is a guilty pleasure of mine. I, like my guy friends, do enjoy watching the "Simpsons," and "Family Guy." My favorites are "Will & Grace," "CSI," "Lost," "House, M.D." and "Grey's Anatomy." I miss the classics: "Fresh Prince of Bel Air," "The Wonder Years," "My So-Called Life," and "Friends."
Books:
It's been awhile since I've had the time to read a book for leisure - up until recently, I've been reading my textbooks for school. Without having to deal with school now, I'm planning on doing some much needed catch up on my reading. I do enjoy reading the "Harry Potter Series," though. From what I remember, I liked reading "White Oleander," "The Deep End of the Ocean," "The Great Gatsby," "To Kill a Mockingbird," "Like Water for Chocolate," and "Memoirs of a Geisha."
