Should have been born an island princess -- sun & humidity & that tropical breeze just SUITS me! Have not seen NEARLY enough of Europe ... Italy, France, Spain and Czech are must-see's ... Africa .... aaah, SOMEDAY!! If all goes well, someday soon, thanks to Earth Expeditions! I have always been an animal person - when I "grow up" someday I'm sure I will take in every sad creature who needs a home! I have a SERIOUS weakness for "BAD BOYS" that (secretly)need affection, animals that need some lovin, children that need nurturing....yeah, got a real "momma" personality! I work with kids -- I REALLY love my job! Besides trying to do my best, inspire them to learn, get them excited about experimenting in the content area, a major mission of mine is to foster a sense of responsibility and awareness in my kids for eachother, the environment, and animals. A lot of these kids just need to learn to love themselves, believe in themselves more than anything. So that is the first step... and hopefully wonderful things happen from there.

People who care about the world around them and are motivated to do something about it impress and inspire me. I am passionate about art of so many forms - from poetry to fashion to music to visual. Recently I've been fusing my creative side with my earthiness and been making my own organic lotions, body scrubs, and such. Its great fun to experiment with aromatherapy - herbs, extracts, essential oils. I love astrology and am your typical pisces girl. In fact, I am drawn to anything spiritual. I believe everything happens for a reason, we just need to pay attention better most of the time to find out if we're on the path intended for us. Raised Catholic but non-practicing presently, still trying to find out where my true beliefs lie. I've been reading up on Ninjitsu, Goddess Mythology, Shamanism, and Kabballah. Very Cool stuff, all of it. I try to stay healthy and fit by weight training, yoga, running. I have taken some salsa lessons and i LOVE IT! A recent knee injury put that on hold ... but soon I hope to get back into it. When I am in better shape, I love love love to get pictures taken. It is incredibly fun to play dress up and pretend for the camera!I have a dog named Kangaroo that stole my heart when he was a puppy but I can't have him where I live right now. Soon-Soon!! Kangaroo/Stinky/Mr.Dog is a Border Collie Pit Bull Cross. My family is very important to me - recently my relationship with my parents has improved dramatically and I couldn't be happier. I love being an aunt to my niece Jada, the most beautiful, intelligent, sweet little girl EVER ---I can't even explain how much I adore her! My brother and sister and I are pretty damn close, which is fabulous.I have a "party-girl" side that I indulge carefully now and then by gettin all dolled up and going out for a night of drinks and dancing with my beautiful, awesome girlfriends.
