Control Your Own Destiny

About Me

Free Agency is a multi-genre indie label founded by ex-Priority Records executives and directors. We believe in partnerships with the artists and moving together towards a common goal. We believe the artist is as accountable with the label in matters of success AND failure. We recognize the extreme difficulty of artist development and are into projects for the long haul with practical, real world sensibilities. We do believe there are positive lessons to be learned in shortcomings and celebrate all wins. We strive for solutions over blame. We believe in artists that understand talent is a blessing, culivate relationships with fans and recognize that the power of the 'streets' form the basis of every meaningful career.
