Jim "Clank Clank" Kleinsasser

I played football at Division II North Dakota and I was drafted in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings. I am always known for my big hit on Clinton Portis in the 2002 Super Bowl, when I forced the fumble, recovered it, and ran it in for the TD. I also broke both of his legs. The following year they traded Clinton Portis to the Redskins for that fumble, because of me! Mike Shanahan could not accept him back in that locker room..I was also named MVP of that memorable game, and it was also the same year the Broncos went undefeated and the biggest disappointment in their franchise history. If you remember correctly they were 18-0 coming into the Super Bowl. That is also the same game that I earned the nickname Jim "Clank Clank," Coach Tice gave me that name. So therefore I changed my name to Jim Clank Clank.
