Within the Crypt is a Dark Alternative Niteclub. It is held roughly every 6 weeks at the moment, but may be held once a month starting in the new year. The club is ran by a small group of people who also dj along with other permanent and one off dj's. The music played at the club ranges from all forms of metal including Black Metal, Death Metal, Thrash, Power Metal, Doom ect, to Punk, ALternative, 80's, Goth, Darkwave, Industrial, Electronic and EBM. The club is held at the Lass O'Gowrie Hotel on Railway St, Wickham, Newcastle, and starts at 9:30pm. Most of the time the club finishes around 3:00am but it has been known to go until 4. Entry to the club is always FREE. As the club is held in a licensed venue only patrons over the age of 18 are welcome, pub staff will be checking IDs.

Requests - song request can be made by anyone at anytime, it is best to make your requests before the evening of the club to allow the djs time to find the required music or fit it into thier dj set. All serious requested will be considered, but each individual dj only has 30mins each club for their set, however we will try to play as many requests as possible.
