Club KO is a unique gym that offers the most innovative instructional fitness programming anywhere. We have the largest boxing and kickboxing-for-fitness programs in the country, with classes running seven days a week. The program has revolutionized the kickboxing industries, blending authentic kickboxing training with intense calorie burning exercises and phenomenal resistance training. Club-KO was originally formed in Hoboken NJ as Take It To The Max in November 1997 by Joe Andreula. Joe designed and created the workout, which was the first of its kind.
