Art (absorbing it,creating it,being it) Museums (art/history/cultural), and countless things in this world- mostly the stuff that makes you think. I love the gym, and the entire concept of nutrition, fitness, and wellness. cooking and entertaining friends and family (though I don't get to do that as much as I'd like to lately), making people smile and laugh, trees (climbing them, thinking about them, saving them, They're amazing and noble- think about it), stars ( There is one out there named for me...hehe), the smell of rain, cupcakes (vegan ones!) ,almonds-Brazil nuts-cashews-walnuts, ducks, avodacos on whole grain with a little lime-salt-pepper (YUM!), zinnias, dahlias, marigolds, impatiens, and lilies (all flowers really), puppies, sleeping late, bon-fires on the beach and a cozy blanket, vanilla beans, lightening bugs, the sky at dusk when it's a periwinkle crowned with peach and then the silhouettes of trees, pomegranate, peanut butter, Moments of total bliss and harmony that all came from the realization that I am truly- deeply- universally blessed with abundant health, wealth, love and happiness, beach glass and shells,sushi,dancing (dance parties!),Car-eoke, the elliptical machine, new car smell, bubble wrap, hugs for no reason other than to express love and appreciation, butterflies, monkeys, lipgloss, tea, purple things, flip flops,....random things that make me feel bursts of intense happiness , the part of a bagel where it was connected to another bagel, iced coffee, good salad, snuggling in bed on a drizzly sunday with nothing to do- etc), giddiness, animals, spa massages, organic fruits and vegetables, farms, Manhattan, traveling,movies, music, books, magazines before anyone has read them, herbs, people, meditating, yoga, sewing, making people smile and laugh, watching the seasons change, kids being cute/silly, ribbons and bows, anything bohemian chic, swimming in the ocean when you can see your feet. Old people holding hands, watching people, carrot ginger soup or any thing lovely and sweet that I didn't mention.
