About Me

Here I am, 25 and faced with a new life to live. As I write a little something something for myspace I sit on my couch listening to a tribe and the two new men in my life are a sleep soundly all tangled up in the covers. .Lets take it back. I was born in Spain, never been back. I lived in Homestead for a minute were I had that great year hanging out with Bobby and Joey. They were like my brothers. I then moved to Colorado Springs and had the best early childhood experience. Kathryn was my girl and Chris rest in peace was my man.. Great games and mad kids, pure magic. That’s when I saw a shooting star. From there we moved to Clovis NM. There was nothing going on there except for Teresa’s birth. Then we drove to NY city and hopped on a plain to London were I had the best mid-childhood experience. Going to a British public school, were we said prayers before class and played conkers and touch rugby at break. After school we would hang out in old bomb shelters to feel cool, maybe have a dance comp to MC Hammer or Vanilla Ice. Horse back riding with my best friend Annie.-Annie if you find me on this thing we should hang out. Then to Panama were I was shunned in class for my British accent , and then a year later hung out with Angela and met one of the best people on earth, Rita. Rita with her nirvana tape in her back pocket at all times lived down the street from me and was the one who made me break out of my fear of growing up and introduced me to the wonderful world of teenage hood . Who knew it involved running away from your moms mini van so she wouldn’t see who I was hanging out with and ask why. Then it was to Albuquerque were I had the best human being as a neighbor Matt and the best friend Shelley-Shelley if you find me on this thing we should hang out. Driving around with vatos and preps, public high school in NM was fun. Many adventures for such a boring town, mostly thanks to Danny. After this we moved to Lima were I went to FDR and had the full on Peruvian experience = super chill and constant excitement day in day out. That is how it was, Ale, Vero, Ricky, Cami, Andrea, Paul, Luari, Joel, Maca, Aron, lizandro,Iris,Eric rest in peace, Renzo, evil twin Tommy, and sssooo many others gave me the best jokes, and the best quality of life. Too many nights and to many days to mention right now. Life was happening and it was real period. Then to Chile were I was rapped up in the questions, nothing happened until I went to London 6 months later were I had the best later childhood experience. Being there in the Antelope with a pint of Stella in hand in a whirl of smoke talking about nothing and everything for hours every day after school. Running down the streets of London with Char, Daph, Scott, Afton and sometimes Adam from one adventure to the next. Thank you every one who was there with me during that time, you all made it what it was and for that I owe a huge thanks. Then to Chile were I met the people whom I cherish so dearly Megan, and Lorina .. All cozy on the leather couch while being yelled at by shirt boy and having great jokes all day long. Maca in no relation sister who I love so very much and I was reunited with on the streets of El Bosque and in the houses of strange Canadian students. Great Bella Vista nights and more importantly days, with Megan, Maca, Andres, Stef, Loreto, Lorena, Gro, Marcelo, Armando, Frank, Fat, Loreto, Collin, Mike, ect.. If I could have that time hidden away in a box that I could step into, no one would ever see me. A year later I moved to Miami were I went to FIU and spent most of my time on the beach and in the gables. I had my brothers Oscar, Danny, and Alex I love them all very much,- we don’t hang out daily anymore but that doesn’t change my love fore you guys. And I had the other side of brothers Milton, Danny, Mancini and Joey P. along with the friends that I wish were like my brothers Paul, Ed, Chris, Matt, Kean, Joel and Ian. Then there is Zeecee, Maria and Marcia gave me the friendship that will last. And I wish that I still had some of the friendships that didn’t -Audri if you find me on this thing we have to hang out. Life was a circus under the palms one that I would like to mix it up in sometime soon. Finally here I am in DC sitting on my couch, thinking it is way too late for this business, and how I need to kiss my baby Gavin goodnight and tell Steve that I love him for the 200th time today.
