My dear felgorians,
I am moving to P-town in a matter of weeks. It's nearing closer and closer and I can't help not be excited! Portland provides great places to hangout and wonderful people. And I'm not saying there isn't wonderful people everywhere but in Portland and in the Pacific Northwest a lot of people think progressively. Shit they have excellent public transportation systems, you can recycle plastic and glass on garbage day. I am SO SICK and tired of hauling my liquor bottles to a large bin 10 miles from my house.

I need culture to survive and SLC town doesn't cut it either! Neighbors that are more reclusive them me... whoa! People here are closed off. The only way I see me being happy is changing my surroundings for the quality of my life. I want to be happy in a place where different social scenes don't rely on mere appearance's and "who you know". I want to have a conversation about making things different and better. Here scenes are a mere status, not an experience.
Green Forests, mossy pavement, grey skies with sulky romances, philosophers who can get people think shit yea we can change things, home brews and a bike ride into town, beautiful bridges, art about art, art that screams LIFE and EXPERIENCE, wild berries, music with thought, stormy seas, wet wet wet.....
I see happiness.
