Pastor Bellows is a native of Washington, D.C. where he attended the District Of Columbia Public School System, he also attended the Washington Baptist Seminary, and the Howard University School of Divinity. He is the Senior Pastor and Organizer of the Pure In Heart Christian Ministries,(The church where Pure Love abide) located in Mount Rainier, Maryland in which he organized on his 47th birthday February 19, 2006. He is truly a man of God whom has been appointed to preach the good and acceptable news of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
