Attitydproblem

Our story begins in november 2006 in the crummy city of Umeå in northern Sweden, where Emanuel, Erik and Torbjörn have grown tired of their everyday routine. They decide to move to another city that could provide them with new challenges and exciting people. They chose Reykjavik, Iceland as their new base of operations. They got jobs quite fast and almost as fast grew tired of them. To remedy their boredom they decided to start a rocking band. Drafting a young punk rock prodigy on guitar the line up was complete and the thrashing of Reykjaviks scene could begin. The Manboys, as the band was called set out with two goals; Playing fast and being provocative. Both goals were achieved and the Manboys had a long hate/love relationship with the punx in Reykjavik. When the Manboys were not working or practicing they started exploring the NWOBHM and the bands that got inspired by it with a morbid fascination. Bands such as Megadeth, 'Tallica, Iron Maiden, Tank and Armored Saint inspired the boys to start evolving towards something new and grand. When they returned to Umeå they drafted Dag and Filip from eriks old band Dick Cheney and started throwing some metal stuff into their primitive thrash core. The band name changed to Attitydproblem (attitude problem) and a demo was recorded in september/october 2007, which you can listen to on this very page. And that's the story thus far.
