I haven't watched television for over a year and I feel great for it. I highly recommend and challenge anyone reading this to try and not watch any tv for a week and see what happens. I must say, my attention span has never been better. It is a little difficult, but you can really accomplish alot more in a day without watching what other people call entertainment. They're all trying to sell something anyway. Do it.
