Yussef Beato

Yussef Noel Beato Viton, resident of Melena del Sur, was born on August 22, 1975 in Guines of Havana Providence, Cuba. At an early age he developed an interest in music and later on got the opportunity to develop his talent and fulfill his dreams by studying at "Fellix Varela" Music Academy in Havana from 1994 - 1998. A few months later he started to colaborate with the quintets "Cafe Express", "En Dos Tiempos" and "Corazon Cubano" in various Havana places and shortly after in the year 2002 he joined the band "Havana Club" of Havana Club International S.A performing tours in 17 countries of Europe and Latin America promoting the "Havana Club" rum and the cuban music. He has been living in Athens, Greece since 2004 and has been making appearences with several latin music bands and greek singers like Paschalis. The highlight point in his career so far is considered to be his participation in "Latin All Stars" orchestra with which he has accompanied great presences in salsa music such us Larry Harlow, Jimmy Bosch, Herman Olivera , Frankie Vasquez, Alfredo De La Fe, Frankie Morales, Marco Bermudez, Luisito Rosario etc. Finaly his has participated in the records of the Greek singer Alkistis Protopsalti,the Greek acordeon solist Zoe Tiganouria, the singer Janet Kapuya and the "Latin All Stars" orchestra. ************************************************************ * Yussef Noel Beato Viton, natural de Melena del Sur, nacio el 22 Agosto de 1975 en Guines, Provincia Habana, Cuba. Mostro el interes por la musica desde sus primeros años y luego realizo su sueño estudiando en la escuela de musica “Felix Varela” en la Habana desde el 1994 hasta el 1998. Poco despues comenzo a colaborar con los quintetos: “Cafe Express”, “En Dos Tiempos” y “Corazon Cubano”, en varios lugares en la Habana y el año 2002 entro en la “Banda Havana Club” de la Havana Club Internacional S.A, con la cual realizo giras en 17 paises de Europa y America Latina, promocionando el ron “Havana Club” y la musica cubana. Desde el 2004 reside en Atenas, Grecia, performando con varios grupos latinos y cantantes griegos como Pasxalis. El mejor punto de su carrera se considera su participacion en la Orquesta de salsa Latin All Stars, con la cual ha acompañado muchas estrellas de la salsa como: Larry Harlow, Jimmy Bosch, Herman Olivera, Frankie Vasquez, Alfredo de la Fe, Frankie Morales, Marco Bermudez etc. Finalmente ha hecho grabaciones en los discos de la cantante griega Alkistis Protopsalti, de la solista griega de acordeon Zoe Tiganouria, de la cantante Janet Kapuya y de la Orquesta Latin All Stars.
