Pastor Aubrey L. White is the founder and Senior Pastor/Teacher of Victory Tabernacle Community Church in Birmingham, Alabama. Since being led to establish the ministry, Victory Tabernacle has grown at an astounding pace. This growth has also caused the City of Birmingham to experience a fresh and anointed move of God. From the young age of seventeen, Pastor White has ministered the word of God both diligently and faithfully to individuals from all walks of life. His voice has been heard in various arenas nationally and internationally. For over 16 years Pastor White has held many positions that have equipped him for the awesome vision that will ultimately change communities throughout the United States of America. Such positions include Founder and Director of The Urban Education Development Program, a non-profit educational training program for youth and young adults. He previously served as Executive Pastor of a local ministry. in Birmingham, AL for 10 years where he not only established community based training programs but also worked with the church's Community Development Program. It was this experience and authority from God that led Pastor White to ultimately start the ministry, Victory Tabernacle Community Church. His mission is simply to teach God’s people how to live from “VISION TO VICTORY†that will give people hope and direction beyond their current thinking and situations. The vision is to transform communities and impact the world through powerful and penetrating teaching, preaching and administration. As he strives to be a blessing to the body of Christ, God has called him to be a “TRUE†21st Century Apostle, by making sure that “All believers are united and have everything in commonâ€, (Acts 2:44). This is done by giving each and every person in various communities the opportunity to advance themselves beyond just having dreams and visions, but teaching them through the word of God, that your dreams and visions can and will come to pass. Pastor White believes that no one man calls anything peculiarly his own; and whatever they have their brothers and sisters are welcome to it and may use it as if it were their own. The members of Victory Tabernacle Community Church are taught to be a loving family that cares and shares for those that are in need. This is done by providing our brothers and sisters with the proper natural and spiritual resources and education that is not available to them
Possibilities for me are NOT defined by what others have done or doing, My accomplishments are not based off of someone else’s success or failure, my success is GREATER and my failures are few ! ! ! THE SKY IS THE LIMIT FOR ME – My dreams, visions and desires COME TO PASS QUICKLY!!!

5. Greater victories in the midst of greater odds or impossibilities.
6. Recognition even when I seem to be the least likely to receive it. - 1 Samuel 16:22
7. Prominence & preferential treatment - I Samuel 16:22
8. Petitions granted even by ungodly civil authorties. - Esther 5:8
9. Policies, rules, regulations, laws changed to my advantage - Esther 8:5
10. Battles won I won't have to fight because God fights for me. - Psalms 44:3
