NEW BIO: It's been a couple years. We don't all live in Austin, Tx anymore. We've all been doing other things....
We're talking seriously about getting the boys back together for some shows. We think probably not too many people will give a fuck, but we don't give a fuck about that. We know we can make some good rock music and that's it.
OLD BIO: A mixture of Birmingham, Alabama and San Antonio, Texas, ultrasonic converged at Austin, TX, the 'live music capital of the world'. With their feverish rock performance, ultrasonic is right at home in this musical mecca as well as any stage anywhere with enough room for their explosive display. Wherever they go, they bring music with a solid rock sound, intriguing progressions and lyrical melodies... a sound they can call their own. ultrasonic music stretches to all the highs and lows... fast and slow and dynamic. Up-tempo driver, "Sunday Conversation" pulses and pushes the melody from start to finish. They also readily exhibit an ability to turn down and just play a nice song. All members are active in the songwriting process and ultrasonic is always writing new music, as well as putting their stamp on some of their favorite cover songs like Queen's "We are the Champions". They take their influences and give them back in a unique way that has quickly earned them their own corner of the musical world.
