About Me

Ok I thought it was about time i wrote a new one of these thangs so here's the update:
I'm now 21...i don't feel older...hopefully i don't look much older, otherwise pretty much all of my cartoon t-shirts will look stoopid!
Umm I've graduated from studying TV production at uni and am now balancing my time between thinking about work and not doing any. yay! BUT! I will make music videos. I've decided it will happen. I love it too much. So there.
Also incase you were wondering, I'm still scared of the dark, still love marshmallows and still give everyone silly nicnames! MyGen Profile Generator

My Interests

Music, singing, drawing (and doodling constantly) playing guitar, reading, writing short stories/songs, stand up comedians(Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran, Lee Evans, Peter Kay etc), family and friends, including prune ma!
Fantasy football, where the transfers stress me out...oh and incase you were wondering I'm a Spurs fan and I love smiley smiley Dawson!
Stripey stuff, which like some deranged magpie, mesmerises me.
Marshmallows! Which, granted, shouldn't count as an interest really but you can melt them on anything...and they get me more hyper than alcohol. I wonder if i actually developed from the age of 5?

I'd like to meet:

Bill Bailey, Kevin Smith, Lindy Heymann, Brandon Boyd(Though I'd only blush alot) Jim henson, Matt Groening, Jim Davis, Frank Cho, God knows how many band members i could think of...Ohh but, I met Mark Morriss! He's bloody lovely.

Movies:

I love lots of stupid comedies like The waterboy, Ace Ventura and Anchorman etc and of course some classics like Whats eating gilbert grape, Back to the future and Care bears 2 (its a classic and you know it!)
I'm not a huge fan of scary films - gore i can deal with but tense ones play on my mind too much...and romantic comedies are fine if they dont spend too much time on the 'they break up and get back together' shite...However i do love Moulin Rouge!
Kevin Smith films in all their glory and i still have a soft spot for teenage mutant ninja turtles...but who doesnt?!

Television:

The simpsons(of course), Futurama, Black Books, Father Ted, Big train, Spaced, Never mind the buzzcocks, the muppet show - anything muppet related is grand! Does anyone remember Muppet babies?! That 70's Show, Scrubs, King of Queens, Music channels.

Books:

I read a big mixture of stuff because you don't know until you try it - much like food. And yes sometimes the smell of a book can be offputting.
For timeless favourites I love Roald Dahl books (fantastic Mr Fox and George's Marvellous medicine - the grandma is just like mine - minus the whole 'she's bigger than the house' section) Terry pratchett - not something you'd usually say but, 'I love death' and currently the princess bride.

Heroes:

Lindy Heymann - when i first started researching music videos she cropped up on so many i love...she spurs me on.
Spike Jonez - for the same reasons as Lindy, but also i love the simplicity in so much of his work.
Michel Gondry is an insane genius
Who else? Pretty much anyone who has the bottle to stand on stage and sing!
And finally some artists who i am completely in awe of: Frank Cho, Brian Froud, Roy Lichtenstein and Beryl Cook
Ta da your eyes are free for I am all done!
