Sohanny

[ENGLISH] Sohanny was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, graduated high school in Cranston, Rhode Island, and then moved to South Florida to persue her dream of becoming a singer. She was part of a female Latin music groups for 3 years called MSM (The New Miami Sound Machine), formed by Emilio Estefan . Their first album fusioned latin, pop and R&B music, and went platinum in Spain, where they achieved great success, releasing two albums and eight singles.
MSM also appeared in countries like the USA, Panama and Dominican Republic among others, and performed with artists like Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Jessica Simpson, Julio Iglesias, Juanes, Jon Secada, Chayanne, B2K, N’Sync and many others.
Sohanny is a home girl who enjoys being with her family and friends, the nature, the children… But when she goes on stage she becomes a energetic singer and dancer who performs at top capacity, displaying her natural talent and demonstrating passion about her work.

Now, Sohanny is working in what will be her first solo album.

[ESPAÑOL ] Sohanny nació en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, se graduó en el instituto en Cranston, Rhode Island, y entonces se mudó al sur de Florida, para hacer realidad su sueño de ser cantante. Formó parte del grupo femenino de música latina MSM (The New Miami Sound Machine), formado por Emilio Estefan . Su primer álbum fusionaba música latina, R&B y pop, y llegó a ser platino en España, donde alcanzaron un notable éxito, lanzando dos álbumes y ocho sencillos.
MSM también actuó en países como EEUU, Panamá o República Dominicana entre otros, y compartió escenario con artistas como Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Jessica Simpson, Julio Iglesias, Juanes, Jon Secada, Chayanne, B2K, N’Sync y muchos otros.
Sohanny es una chica tímida a la que le gusta estar con su familia y amigos, la naturaleza, los niños... Pero cuando sube al escenario se convierte en una enérgica cantante y bailarina, mostrando su talento natural y la pasión que siente hacia su trabajo.
Ahora mismo, Sohanny se encuentra trabajando en lo que será su primer disco en solitario.
