About Me

February 24, 2007 I started the music production in my room. Using Reason as the software and my padKONTROL as my keyboard/Controller I started making beats and realize that it was very simple to make and produce music. The music genre im really into is Drum and Bass, Breakcore, Speedcore,Techno, and Hip Hop which is all named IDM: Intelligent Dance Music. Music referred to as IDM is generally abstract, and may range from soft ambient textures to more abrasive noise. As a genre, IDM is derived from drum and bass, ambient, house, techno, hip hop, UK garage, and even jazz. IDM is sometimes made using advanced sequencing and synthesis software such as Ableton Live, Cubase, Reason, Reaktor, FL Studio, Renoise, Logic Pro and Max/MSP.
Drum and Bass:(commonly abbreviated to DnB, drum n bass or drum & bass) is a type of electronic dance music also known as jungle. Emerging in the early 1990s, the genre is characterised by fast tempo broken beat drums (generally between 160 & 180 beats per minute) with heavy, often intricate basslines.
Breakcore: is a loosely defined electronic music style that brings together elements of industrial, jungle, hardcore techno and IDM into a breakbeat-oriented sound that encourages speed, complexity, impact and maximum sonic density.
Speedcore: is a form of hardcore techno that is typically identified by its high rate of beats per minute and aggressive themes. Tracks can range from 240 BPM all the way up to 1000 BPM.
Techno: The term "techno", which derives from "technology", is often (incorrectly) used to refer to all forms of electronic music. Music journalists and fans of the genre, however, are generally more selective in their use of the term, being careful not to conflate it with related but distinct genres (i.e. house, trance, hardcore).
Hip Hop: Composing a hip hop beat was traditionally done with a turntable and later evolved to the use of drum machines and samplers.Samplers took on different forms, such as MPCs and computer programs. Programs such as Reason, Cubase, and Fruity Loops are common in the underground hip hop industry - a lot of which is made in small, low-budget studios.
