hey. im Arto Saari. i wuz born November 9, 1981 in Seinäjoki, Finland. im a professional skateboarder. i currently lives in Huntington Beach, California. i was selected as the "2001 Skater of the Year" by Thrasher magazine and im often considered one of the best street skaters in the world (not to be cocky or nething but hay im not argueing).ive has had several major injuries during my career. i almost died from head injuries whilst filming the Flip movie Sorry. These were sustained after bailing a grind on a handrail. i also had a reconstructive knee surgery in 2004.Finnish skateboarders voted me to the list of 100 Greatest Finnish Persons in a vote held during the summer of 2004 by the Finnish Broadcasting Company.
