I am oldest of three children. I was born April 9, 1987, in Irving, New York. My rents were really into acting and singing,so I started performing when i was 7. Then I joined the New York-based musical group the Sugar Beats. Next I started acting. After performing in a few theater productions I did my first television role on the soap opera All My Children.
I have always loved music an by the time I was 14 I earned a platinum album as a member of Dream Street. In 2002 me and the group split up, but I still sang on. I contributed songs for the films A Cinderella Story, The Princess Diaries 2, Ella Enchanted, and the TV show That's So Raven.In 2004 I appeared on the short-lived WB series Summerland. I have received 2 Emmy nominations, two Young Artist Awards, and a nomination for a Soap Opera Digest Award.
