The Freegan Bike Workshop is at 123 Tompkins street between in Bushwick and offers free frames, free parts, and free help! They're open on Saturdays from 2pm-8pm and Wednesdays from 6pm-12pm. Every extra bike means one less car and each car taken out means one less person dependent on oil, one less act of violence towards the atmosphere, and one less supporter of violence in the middle east and elsewhere. Instead of powering your transportation with gas, power your transportation with FUN because bikes are fucking awesome!
