BabaJack plays the blues

About Me

BabaJack was born out of blues guitars and roots drumming. Becky and Trev started playing together 6 years ago, a steel guitar and an African djembe, in a chilly old barn just off the A44. Since then Trev (the woodman) took her in and built a shed at the end of the garden - warmer sound anyway... As he always says, you can't play the blues on a full stomach, or it seems in a warm place...
BabaJack took off, putting African drums to old country blues and gospel favourites to create a powerful acoustic sound. Trev took a chance on a Dobro Hound Dog and Bec took up the acoustic bass to add to the sound and as time's gone by, they have been writing new material of their own.

The kids are growing and so is the music - Time to play!.
We are currently gigging and working hard writing our album: The Maker.
Then it will be time to hit the road.
