About Me

A friend once stated this about me, and what more appropriate place to put it than here: "And Zeb is Tara's friend (and mine now) that she found on Craigslist to paint her house, but he's done oh-so-much more. With his help, her condo has become a palace of colour and beaute (pronounced "boo-tay") - a perfect house for her, after so many years of living in oBLAHvion. He's bombastic, yet sincere. His hair is something of a marvel, and he has a penchant toward the epicurean - which suits his ladyfriend fine.He was a true friend the night I lost my wallet, and he can truly be trusted to turn anything into a dance party. (Boom on Hennepin: Where fun goes to die.) Next time I'm in town, I hope to hit the Bostom Market with a ghettoblaster with Daniel Bedingfield's "Gotta Git Thru This" , bust out from fresh moves while elders order mashed po-tates.Zeb is a loyal sidekick, gives sound advice (though he doesn't take his own), recognizes - and high-fives - his own vice(s), and seems to truly enjoy life, friends and money. (Maybe he should get one...A LIFE, a FRIEND, and some MONEY!)"

My Interests

Red wine and debauchery.

I'd like to meet:

I'm here mostly as a contact with the friends I have, but I love to meet new people. I love to be in the loop...so let's hook up!

Music:

Postal Service and The Arcade Fire. Bluegrass and old school country,

Movies:

Wet Hot American Summer, Postcards from the Edge, The Dying Gaul, Junebug, Judgement of Nuremberg, Paragraph 175, Husbands and Wives, Grey Gardens, The Hours, Vita è bella, La/Life is Beautiful, Bullets over Broadway, Unconditional Love, Before Sunset, Happy Endings, Manhatten, Wit, Love Actually, Dancer in the Dark, About Schmidt, War of the Roses, Magnolia, The Color Purple, Tea with Mussoline, Death Becomes Her, Closer, Fatal Attraction, She-Devil, Sunset Boulevard, All That Jazz, Happy Endings, Brokeback Mountain, What Happened to Baby Jane, Mommy Dearest, The Eyes of Tammy Faye, Bent, Dangerous Liasons, Notes on a Scandal, The Laramie Project, Hannah and Her Sisters

Television:

Law and Order and Intervention are the only shows I make a point to tune in every week, and Sunday mornings waking up early and watching "CBS Sunday Morning" and then going to brunch, then back to the house for an afternoon drinking coffee and napping, watching cheesy Lifetime movies is one of my favorite TV activity days. I love old sitcoms like Murphy Brown, The Cosby Show, Designing Women, The Nanny, Fraser, etc. Knots Landing and Dallas. Designing Women. I LOVE Designing Women. I can ramble off several Julia Sugarbaker rants, and have an immense knowledge of the anatomy of the show. I can answer any trivia question posed about Designing Women.

Books:

I'm really gettin' into books on tape. With my busy jet-set life, it's difficult to sit and read, but I can zap out a book on my iPod while exercising, on the bus, etc.

Heroes:

Whitney Houston's bathroom.
