BiographyGusto (Benny Kogan) was born in Kharkov, Ukraine on June 19, 1987. At the age of 6 his parents got divorced and his father with his parents moved to Israel. Benny's original name is Vladimir. So he stayed to live with his mother and her parents in the little 2 room's apartment. Since Benny (then Vladimir) was a Jew and had a pretty Jewish look many times he was insulted by Ukrainians because of that. He went to a normal local school where he finished 6 grades. On s summer vacation Benny had his First touch with the Jewish world in summer camp "Gan Israel" (The garden of Israel) organized by Chabad Jewish community. After that summer he didn't return to his old school. Seven's grade he began in a new Jewish school and made a global change on his life perspective. Benny started to express his love to music by recording his first home made demo tape at the age of 10, using two stereo tapes. He recorded a few of them but unfortunately only the last one is survived until now. That's when nickname "Gusto" came into the scene! This name was inspired by one of the biggest rap movies;"CB4" (starring Chris Rock) In school he was a part of a school choir and performed on the biggest community concerts. When Gusto was 14 years old, on 11 April of 2002 he repatriated with his mom, grandfather and grand mother to the Holly land. Gusto Began his studies of sound engineering and music producing by using the most gigantic world's source (internet). In High School Gusto began performing at school concerts and even performed as a warm up for Israeli rapper Ilan Babylon. He also performed on a birthday party in da club and school graduation party. The work on the first album is started at the end of 2005 in Gusto's home studio (later named , 3BRecrods). Benny Joined the Israeli Defense forces at august 2006 and currently serving in the Air Forces .
