You know how picky I am about my shoes, and they only go on my feet.

About Me

..

My Interests

Theatre, music, dance, singing, working out at the gym, running while reading US Weekly, I used to have a huge interest in coffee but now I'm even more interested in flavored green tea amd cheap 7-11 push button coffee (that stuff is my crack), attempting to play pool, driving aimlessly, spending time with my girls, fixating on puppies and dogs that I am not allowed to own, acting like a child by going to Disneyland and fairgrounds, staring at a computer screen to procrastinate being interested in anything else

I'd like to meet:

Well for the longest time Tom was my only friend here on MySpace...and he and I had never even met face to face. I'm hoping to add a few more friends, so Tom and I can one day get together with everyone we know in common.

Music:

In no order...Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake, The Black Eyed Peas, The Beatles, David Gray, John Mayer, Maroon5 (also when they were Kara's Flowers), Madonna,Stevie Wonder, KC & JoJo, 80s music, Broadway showtunes, Prince, Michael Jackson before he was creepy, Pachebel Canon in D, Kelly Clarkson, S Club 7 (ah, what living in London will do to your taste in music), The Pussycat Dolls, Dave Matthews, Now That's What I Call Music UK Compilations (they're up to, like, Volume 64), Ne-Yo, Musiq, anything by Lori Scarlett, the original cast of Sneaux, anything you can dance to that has words

Movies:

Annie, The Wizard of Oz, Waiting for Guffman, Napoleon Dynamite, Clueless, American Beauty, A Clockwork Orange, St. Elmo's Fire, Chicago, Steel Magnolias, Any Disney Cartoon, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Adventures in Babysitting, Bring it On

Television:

Entourage, Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother, The Price is Right, The Wonder Years, Full House (thank god for Family Channel reruns all day!), (hate to really admit it, but) American Idol, (even worse) Dancing with the Stars, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office, Ellen, The Golden Girls, Girls Club, The Mickey Mouse Club, The Real World/Road Rules Challenges (they just suck you in slowly through those damn marathons), The New Adventures of Old Christine, The E! True Hollywood Stories, Cheerleader Nation, Scrubs, I Love Toys, The Chelsea Handler Show, Justice, So You Think You Can Dance

Books:

The Great Gatsby, Maneater, Howard Stern's Private Parts, The Amy Fisher Story, Beloved, I guess Us Weekly doesn't really coun't under this category, huh?

Heroes:

Whoever the first person to go through heartbreak was. The inventor of french vanilla flavored coffee

Sometimes We Ask For a Door to Open and We Choose to Close it Ourselves

I've taken to putting my thoughts in a box in my nightstand. Just little things I want to either come true or be relieved of or get clarity on.  The universe works in mysterious ways and I heard ...

The Box is Either Half Empty or Half Full, But No Matter Which Way, There is Still a Box

I sat in my apartment this afternoon surrounded by boxes. There are 2 kinds of people in the world: those who see the box half empty and those that see the box as half full.  Either way you look ...

Getting Older

Interesting how my birthday didn't really hit me until I signed on to MySpace.  I am no longer the age I was yesterday...there is a new, all be it, somewhat frightening number next to my name.&nb...
