champions are made in the off season My name is Joe Lauzon and I fight in the UFC (There is a video of some of my last few fights on this page down below). I fight professionally, and I was on SpikeTV for Season 5 of The Ultimate Fighter . I grew up in East Bridgewater, MA - but staying in Hilo, HI right now to train with BJ Penn . Time is never important until you don't have enough of it. After training, I don't have a ton of time for much else. In order to fight at the level I do, I train my ass off and put everything I have into it. I was the quiet kid in high school that got along with everyone, but just let everyone else do the talking. Needless to say, I'm pretty quiet at first (maybe my own fault?), but I open up once I get to know you. Get me going on something, and I won't shut up.
