HISTORY.
Club Extreme, located in Affligem opened its doors in 1993.
Short after the closing of Cherry Moon the entire Bonzai crew moved to Extreme which resulted in a regular visit of djs like Yves Deruyter, Franky Cloeck, The Fly, Franky Jones, Bounthyhunter, Tom and many more.
In 1995 Extreme opened its doors on monday night with resident dj Phi Phi who was already known for his monday sets at the old Boccaccio in Destelbergen. Extreme on Mondays shortly became famous all over the Benelux for the deep and trancy music and special ambiance. People even came from France, UK and Germany to hear the inspiring music of dj Phi Phi.
Year after year the music on monday became more progressive, artists such as John Digweed, Danny Howells, Cass, Jimmy Van M, Anthony Pappa and Michel Dehey all played at the legendary monday club in Affligem!
Extreme closed in 2001.
Starting September the Legendary Extreme on Mondays will be back, every last Monday of the month and the infamous afterclub The Kings in Aalst!
