"Tally Ho, Tally Ho! Fifteen Me109 and FW190 six o’ clock low, going down! Going down with the sun behind them, the two Norwegian squadrons with the British 66th squadron attacks the German formation. The Germans fall down from the sky like leafs from a tree. An over-whelming force of Norwegian and British Spitfires takes the Germans completely by surprise"
- From article "331 and 332 Norwagian squadrons"
"Rolf Arne Berg, with his capability and experience as leader and as a fighter pilot would have been as good as gold for Norway after the war. The loss of him can still be felt in Norway and the air force. What Rolf Arne would have done for the air force and for his country after the war nobody knows for sure, but it would have been a huge presence from a great man"
- From article "Rolf Arne Berg, one of the few".
"Far below him the two 88's passed him, Tuck put his Spit in a shallow dive going head on with the bombers. Tuck fired his guns on the port side enemy bomber. He struck the fuselage of the plane so hard to seemed to bend backwards, like the body of a leaping fish. Then one of the wings tipped and the bomber went into the ocean in a gigantic explosion".
- From article "Tuck's Luck".
"The aircrafts were presented to us over a rather large area. A beatiful example of a Spitfire MkIX C in flying condition, called «Black Six» were one of the highlights. Not a common sight to see a Spitfire in a black and red apperance!"
- From article "Israeli Air Force Museum"
"The Norwegian pilots made a good and lasting impression on the locals around North Weald. They fitted well into the surroundings and defineately made the pubs in Epping and North Weald Basset make a good profit! "
- From article Trip To North Weald 2006"
"From the 19th of April 1945, three Norwegian pilots flew ML407. They flew both Armed Recces and Report on Shipping with ML407, now with the squadron codes AH-B. Pilots who flew ML407 are Ronald Anonsen, Johannes Røsland, and Eigil Stigset. Ronald Anonsen joined the RNAF in 1942, being a Canadian with Norwegian roots. As with most Norwegian fighter pilots, he got his training at Little Norway in Canada and joined up with 132 (N) Wing at Schijndel. "
- From article "Grace Spitfire ML407 - The Norwegian story"
