About Me

I live in Dallas, TX and work in a Corporate American cube farm. I enjoy my job as a Software Engineer (Java/Web), but work way too much. I have been happily married for 13 years to a very talented guitar player/singer/song writer, Mitch Spencer. We have three cats (my babies) that pretty much run our house. I enjoy going out to see bands play on the weekend, some to speak of are Vegas Stars, Hearsay, Mars Hill, Deneyed, Cuvee, and Suburban Legend. When at home (and not working), I like to read fantasy, sci-fi, and new age books. Anything outside the norm is interesting to me.

Music:

Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Madonna, Enuff Z Nuff, Korn, ELO, Styx, Pink Floyd, Dimmu Borgir, Chevelle, King Diamond, 30 Seconds To Mars, Hoobastank, Jewel, Elton John, David Bowie -- too many to list.

Movies:

Lord of the Rings - Best story ever! I also love all the Harry Potter movies, Office Space, Best in Show, Natural Born Killers, Star Gate, anything fantasy/sci-fi.

Television:

Little Bush, House, anything on Discovery Channel or HGTV. There's just not much to choose from anymore. Bret Michaels finds a cheap date is pretty amusing.

Books:

Lord of the Rings, The Da Vinci Code, A Brief History of Time. I'm really into Masaru Emoto right now, but that may be a little out there for some.
