Recently in Florida, a bill mandating that a woman see an ultrasound of her fetus before she terminated her pregnancy was defeated. One of the Republicans, Jim King, who voted against the bill said this:"Unless we ovulate," King said, "we have no place making decisions affecting women's reproductive rights." He said the bill, with its ultrasound provision, tramples on the Republican Party principle of "less government, more freedom."Amazing. Absolutely amazing.
