I am working on a new cake I will call the break-up cake. It is super rich and chocolatey, and the pistachio cake, VERY yummy. I make my own frosting and fondant and mix my own colors. I am also working on a vegan cake for those animal friendly, and a sugar free cake for those watching their sugar intake.
