HEEEEEY YOOUU GUUUUUUUUYS!

About Me

I am an Australian currently Living in Japan, going to Tokyo's Kokushikan University on a wrestling scholarship. I also represent Australia for Wrestling and submission wrestling internationally. I had just started fighting MMA professionally in Australia, but for now I am putting that on hold while I try to persue my goals within wrestling. Ultimately though I want to return to fighting and have a successful career when I am done here. Right now I am pretty much just living and breathing training to best prepare myself for qualifying for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.... I was working for the Australian Federal Police Protective Service at Parliament House, but had to quit to study Japanese full time to pass my university entrance exam. Years back I was a very scetchy kid- way unfocused with no discipline and always doing bad stuff, but slowly over the years through starting hard training, I developed discipline and learned that my hard work directly related to how good I became. My kickboxing and grappling hobby turned into my true passion and what I want do with my life. I now I have big goals, which I am on the way to achieving, and it feels great to be achieving my goals and doing what I want in my life! :) I have always been totally into something.....I have always thrown myself into something that interests me. From art, painting and sculpture, to Basketball, mountain biking, but I have totally found what I was made for.... which is sport fighting. I love it all! I am so passionate about learning and training! It just feels like I have found my true passion in life:) .....I even like the training sessions that make me wanna spew... the constant learning, the people you meet and the friends you make. the intensity of competition, and WINNING!!!! Nothing feels better! :) I love my friends!! I must have some of the funniest friends in the whole bloody world! :) I have found that since getting into martial arts and wrestling, that the people I meet within training are for the most part just some of the greatest people I have ever met. I think it takes a different sort of person to be able to have the commitment and to achieve difficult goals within training and fighting. You basically have to go through a long period of being smashed in training, and you have to be able to accept it and just keep learning and coming back stronger.... You really need to just leave your ego behind, keep at it and be resilient.... and I think that the people who can make it just tend to be great people. I feel like there is just a world of difference between the people I used to hang out with and the people who train that surround me now. I feel really lucky to have met so many great people and made all the great friends that I have. I also still have many great friends outside of training too :)

My Interests

My interests...... Hanging out with friends just laughing n having a good time. I am so lucky to have so many great friends!!!! They are funny as HELL!!!! it's pure comedy to hangout with them! :) Anyone that knows me knows that i'm totally 100% into all things to do with sport fighting....Don't get me wrong though, I am by no means a thug that likes to get into fights....for me it is strictly a sport and I am a good sportsman....... I Box, Kickbox, train and teach Brazilian jiu jitsu and submision grappling, also am currently attending Tokyo's Kokushikan University on a wrestling scholarship, doing Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling...... My dream goal is to quallify for the Olympics for wrestling.... and I have been accepted for a four year full schollarship to wrestle for Japans Kokushikan University...... My other main interest is traveling..... My competitions take me to various countries and I have made heaps of friends in America, Japan and England.

Brad Rehor!!!!!! RIP. Also my grandma!!!!!! (RIP) Like I said I wasn't really a good kid and was heading in a bad direction.... allot of people thought I was going nowhere..... But my grandma always made me believe in myself!! She had this way for making you realise your hidden talents, and making you believe you could do great things! She was such a strong force in my life and I am eternally thankfull to her for believing in this little kid with no hope, that eventually came good! She just died recently, and I am soooooo happy that I got to talk to her just before she died, and tell her how much she meant to me, how much she had helped me, and that all my hard training and quiting my job to learning Japanese payed off as I got a full schollarship to wrestle and study at Kokushikan University...Japans most famouse sports university. She was so happy for me! Thanks Grandma!!! Also my sisters and parents deserve a mention too :) I have way to many heroes in wrestling etc.....just check out who i'd like to meet if you wanna know.
