If you haven't seen "Trouble In Paradise" with Miriam Hopkins, Kay Francis and Herbert Marshall, I strongly advise renting it! *.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*. *.* ANYTHING with Richard E. Grant - a solid actor with a sharp wit (he's f*cking hilarious)! "Withnail and I" is a perennial favourite! *.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*. *.* Bond is back and better than ever! Currently reading several books on Anthropology and about to start a book by Phillipa Gregory. Re-read "The Sheltering Sky" for the first time since my mid-teens. Recently enjoyed Washington Irving's stories and essays. Ripped through "Treasure Island" while bumming on the beaches of St. Thomas and St. John. Ahhh. "The Salmon of Doubt" by Douglas Adams,"The Diary of Lewis and Clark," "Mind of the Raven" by Bernd Heinrich, which was fascinating and fun. "Buddha Da" by Anne Donovan and "Atonement" by Ian McEwan. I love anything by Umberto Eco, J.R.R. Tolkein, Paul Bowles, Charles Palliser, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Iain Pears, Arturo Perez-Reverte, Dostoyevsky, Pushkin, J.M. Barrie, "Wuthering Heights" by Bronte, Tom Robbins, Douglas Adams, J.K. Rowling, Diane Ackerman's "The Natural History of the Senses" Howard Zinn's "A People's History of the United States" Favorite poets are Byron, Shelley, Paz, Rumi, Neruda, Shakespeare, E.B. White, Tagore, Thoreau, e.e.cummings. . .and a little erotica never hurt anyone.
