I don't plan to find out who the better fighter is, I am more excited to find his breaking point.

About Me

I'm coming back!!!! Finally, I am going to be in California for a doctors' appointment on September 9th to be cleared to resume fighting!!! My first fight back will be in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio for the NAAFS (www.naafs.tv) middleweight belt. I could not be happier to be training again. After 8 months, I feel like myself!! After that...I am the simplist man you could ever meet. My interests' are few, and by few, I mean you can count them on one hand. My life has been controlled by my passions. From the ages of 4-12 it was soccer, from 13-17 it was football, from 18-27 it was amateur wrestling. I competed for Ohio State and went as far as the 2004 Olympic Trials (an accomplishment that I am very proud of), and now my life is controlled by two things. My son Marcus and MMA (mixed matial arts...fighting). Nothing in my life will be done, without first considering Marcus. I don't believe that anyone can trully understand love until they have a child. I would meet any hardship, suffer any pain, endure any torture, to save my son any kind of discomfort. "Unconditional" takes on a whole new meaning when your child shows up. At the begginning of time...one man bumped into another man and said, "I am better than you and I can prove it". The decisions that I have made in my life have been based on the fact that I could have been that man. Every path I have taken has been based on competition, testing myself, suffering, a lot of things have worked out, a lot of things have crushed me, I wouldn't trade any of them, because they have all brought me to where I am now...on the verge of greatness. My mental preperation has always been a step or two (maybe three)behind my physical. No more. Regret has caused me my last sleepless night. I have hit rock bottom and drew my line in the sand...I have collected enough regret and I won't do it anymore. Never Settle. Earn Victory. The greatest fighter the world has ever seen. I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Heroes:

Hero might be kind of a strong word, but there are a lot of people that I look up to for the examples they set. Lance Armstrong, Steve Prefontaine, Vince Lombardi, Andre Agassi, Andrew Wilson, Coach Mac, Paul Bukky, Barbara Wendorf, Jean Salmon(my mom or anyone who has raised 3 boys),Mike Salmon (the most honest, no bullshit human being I will ever know), Lee Haney, Dan Gable, Cael Sanderson, Russ Hellickson, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Michael Jordan, Brett Favre, Rex Holman, Arnold Swartzenegger, Marcus Forster, Randy Couture, Ronald Salmon, Lyle Wendorf, Lou Roselli (it is hard Goddanm work being the best at something), Tommy Rowlands, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Yoda, Muhammed Ali, Howard Ferguson, Kyle Salmon, Matthew Salmon, Danny Salmon, The list could go on...I admire anyone who has worked extremely hard towards a worthy cause.
