My daughter, Ember Rayne was born December 27th, 2006 at 8:31 PM weighing in at 7 lbs, 14 ounces. Ember and I continue to see the world with new eyes.
Ember eats Freddy...
To be a dreamer
A poet
A slave to the imagination
To be the hopeful
The yearning
The hungry and forever lost
No path, no triumph
Only quests, tales and memories
No gaining...only longing
How it is to start a fire
Yet no bridges ever burn
How it is to step forth
Yet no door ever closes behind
To want to move on
But the heart wants to keep on bleeding
To be ruled cruelly by the heart
To be empty when others would feel blessed
To dream and never let go.
I love to write and enjoy expressing myself through written words. I sometimes have trouble expressing myself through spoken words, but hand me a pen of a keyboard and I can tell you what's on my mind.

I couldn't live without music.

I love to read, especially about anything supernatural, paranormal, occult, etc..and I do think that everything happens for a reason, however, as well as life after death and contact between the living and the dead....but I am happy to admit that I could be quite wrong. I'm quite content in wondering, for in wondering I learn more.
I've said it many times. Life is crazy. And its true. I've learned that lesson more then anything else in the past few years.
I've given up on trying to speculate what life will have in store for me tomorrow, for all we can truly do is sit back and let the future roll and our destiny unfold before our eyes.

My Interests

Writing, drums, guitar, art, photography, poetry, animals, insanity (temporary or long term), music, vampires, werewolves, horror, musicians, storms, cemetaries, Freddy Krueger..

Costumes, Ren Faires, swords and alchoholic beverages...

I'd like to meet:

I wanted to meet Freddy Krueger and I did. So now I suppose I just want to meet dead people. Or people who make poorly fashioned yet surprisingly good-tasting sandwiches.

Me with the 69 Eyes (in front of my Timo-Timo!) Thanks so much to Mama Trash for hooking me up with this picture...my camera phone hated the lighting!

The Wednesday 13 show was AMAZING! Rex's bar in Westchester...Wednesday sang all of my favorite songs about five inches away from my face while I guzzled beer...except when he stood up on the blood spattered box in front of him to point at the people in the back - then I had to lean backwards to keep from touching him..and comically, as my fiance pointed out his wang would go smack dab in front of my face haha...but seriously the show was amazing, and Wednesday sounded better then ever even though he was just in a car accident in which he broke his collar bone. (the guitarist who filled in for him was AMAZING and ADORABLE by the way!) Bravo to bar concerts! It felt like being onstage with the band. I think it had to be the best music experience of my life! Here's a pic with Wednesday that I got after the show! I went in some pretty sweet zombie gear but hot sweaty drunk shows do quite a number on zombie makeup...and I really couldn't keep the smile off my face for the picture unfortunately!

A little silent film I made on the spot one day while I was playing with my camera and listening to Type O Negative. Mainly testing the editing program, and my ability to edit because I've only just started toying with the camera recently.

Long endure the aches of the brokenhearted, for even when they have lost, they can know that they have the courage to love, and the endurance to hold on until death.
No feeling is more peaceful, more fulfilling, and more amazing then to love and be loved in return...when someone makes you feel completed...like a piece of you that was missing as far back as you can remember has finally been found...that little island of happiness among the bustle of daily life...

Dead people are the best of them all.

I surrender. Danielle got me watching the Nip/Tuck season DVDs. I've never said "Oh my god" so many times during one show. And Dylan Walsh (Sean McNamara) should win an award for "Most Confused Looking Actor" cause he always seems to have a "umm...what just happened" look on his face...

Neil Gaiman's "The Sandman" graphic novels are my alltime favorites. The Lord Elric of Melnibone saga, Dragonlance, Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, occult

Heroes:

Robert Englund
Dream (from Neil Gaiman's "the Sandman")
“Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love.” - Neil Gaiman
