For WE are NOT of those who SHRINK BACK...(Hebrews 10)

About Me

I'VE BEEN TRAINING PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES, ACTORS, and MODELS, as well as PRO TEAM CHEERLEADERS for over 15 years now (specializing in NFL and NHL players in addition to preparing college players for the NFL combine; I also direct sport camps for jr/sr. high athletes).I mostly do personal training in Dallas these days and always welcome new clients regardless of the location. Let me know if I can help you with a workout/nutrition plan.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Visit Xtreme Athletix!INDIVIDUALLY-CUSTOMIZED TRAINING AND NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS are available: email CHAD --

================================================ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I'm a man of many interests and talents and always looking for something else to learn or try out. As you can tell by some of the videos on here, I LOVE to dance...I LOVE football and I love movies that inspire. My new passion, however, is trying to figure out how to fan into flame a spiritual revival here in Dallas and Fort Worth!! ==================================================== As far as being great at something...If you're gonna talk the talk, you bettah be able to WALK the WALK!! For me, it's as important SPIRITUALLY as it is physically to put your money where your proverbial mouth is!.. width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" .. ------------------888888888888-------I'm still addicted to being athletic and still play flag football all the time (3 nat'l champ titles in flag football since 2001); videos above are from a game my dad and grandpa came and watched back in 2004) and I love staying in shape. At the ripe age of 36, I've actually rediscovered a love for doing cardio again. I've always gotten my cardio from playing football and indoor soccer but since I started writing again, the elliptical machine makes for a perfect place to burn 500 calories while I write and get inspiration from the Holy Spirit without distraction! When I'm not playing flag football, I'm reading stuff about leadership/self-improvement (I'm an ENFP personality type: myers-briggs) or trying to write music. I've been studying breakthroughs and human psychology for about 13 years now (and still learning how much I don't really know, lol). I'm also a Landmark Forum graduate (basic, advanced, S.E.L.P.) as well. I read incessantly because life is short and brains are hot! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Except for country twang, I listen to all types of music. My world could NOT exist without music and lately I've found some amazing Christian artists like Michael Larson, Anthony Skinner and Ryan Farish. Prophetic Worship is an area that I desire to get more into...----------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------- I"M AN ACTIVE LEADER IN MY CHURCH and sing on our praise teams. I pastor the small group leaders in our singles group and am on a covert mission to be the next Dr. Phil/Tony Robbins. I'm slowly but surely writing the first of what I hope to be many books and want to become a motivational speaker later on down the road. Anyway, if you're looking for a great non-denominational church here in Dallas, check out WWW.THEBRANCH.ORG to listen to Chris Seidman's messages. His latest sermons on the Holy Spirit are incredible!------------------------------------------------- --------------- Our burgeoning singles group is a great place to meet other people who are passionate for HIS presence!! (check it out at WWW.I55.ORG ) Feel free to holla at me if you're looking for answers to some of life's biggest issues (family issues, dealing with abandonment or painful memories in your past, dating, marital problems, personal achievement, weight problems, etc.). I enjoy helping others and always have room for more friends.

My Interests

I love anything that increases my devotion to and desire for GOD!! FOOTBALL: KC Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and Texas A&M Football are my favorite sports passions. I'd like to become a motivational speaker within the next few years but for now, I'll stick to dominating people on the field (playing flag football) and trying to become more passionate about my walk with the Holy Spirit! Oh yeah, my favorite # is 8...and I'm extremely interested in this hottie in Longview!

I'd like to meet:

As far as my bruthas go:I'm all about God, football, finding other bruthas that think David (man after God's own heart), Moses (was considered a "friend" of God and one of history's most humble men), William Wallace or Achilles is who we're all supposed to be like and pretty much anyone interested in creating breakthroughs in life. I've discovered and set my sights on achieving great purpose in life so I'm just trying to encourage and strengthen my bro's. Proverbs 27:17 says we need to sharpen each other's iron! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++As far as my baby goes...I've already met her! ==================================================== ++ ================================================

Music:

80's music was my teen/20's music of choice (mostly Depeche Mode .. width="425" height="350" .. , ENYA and other New Wave/Electronic/alternative bands) Over the last 10 years i started getting into Dave Matthews and Coldplay but have enjoyed Christian music finally rising musically to the level that its spiritual nature had already achieved; Michael Larson, Anthony Skinner and Ryan Farish are some of my newist musical favorites. Misty Edwards (leads worship at the KC IHOP) melts my heart every saturday at 2pm [www.ihop.org if you want to listen in]

Movies:

Braveheart is the all-time winner. Fave Comedy is L.A. Story. Blade, Constantine, Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, most kung fu movies (yes, i'm all boy!); I can't tell you how many Asian movies i've watched in the last few years. My new fave movie here is Tony Jaa (Ong Bak, The Protector). He has done the most incredible fight choreography EVER!! (well, Bruce Lee and Jet Li aside).

Television:

who has time for tv?

Books:

Admitted addiction to reading here...how does someone's world really grow unless they subject themselves to the wisdom and experience of another person's world? There's a famous quote that goes something like this: A fool only learns from and reflects upon his own mistakes but the wise man benefits and learns from the mistakes of others! Knowledge is king yet I also think the added blessing of WISDOM predicates itself on not only knowing facts but being able to wisely discern when and how to creatively apply that information to life. It's been said that those who do not read are no better than those who cannot. Ouch, glad I didn't come up that one, lol.

Heroes:

.. width="425" height="350" ..My daddy and grandpappy are the most important male heroes to me and modeled how to be great in sports, committed to excellence in work, put others' needs 1st, and honor GOD in everything. My Mom rocks cuz she would do anything for her strong-willed kids (Kelsey and I get our unflappable passion from our Dominican madre)! Parents put aside, I do have some biblical and movie heroes...William Wallace: "they can take our lands, but they'll never take our FREEDOM!"; Achilles: "Immortality lies on that beach...take it! It's yours!"; King David because he was "a man after God's own heart"; Samson's strength came through his identity through God (Nazirite vow: the epitome of self-discipline); Enoch chose oneness with God over the temptations of this world; JESUS...His strength was displayed in His willingness to be weak (He only did as He saw the Father doing).
