♥♥♥Soooo here goes....I've lived in the UK for about 7 years now and it's finally become home, hehe, but I grew up in Lebanon, Oregon so I've got a tiny bit of American still there! My accent's a bit mixed but you can still hear it sometimes :) I've gone from small town to small town, and I guess that's what I love best. After high school I took a gap year, went travelling and had the greatest time ever! I loved seeing new places, and revisiting the old ones. California was especially fun as I visited family in every corner and saw just how easily I could get used to the sun! Oregon was the best, I met some cool people and most of all, made amazing memories. I loved seeing friends again ♥
Right now, I'm in my second year at the University of Sussex, in Brighton. I've had some really interesting courses so far and I'm enjoying what this year brings. These past couple months have been really fun, thanku Piers :) I've only got one term left, can't believe it, its crazy how fast time flies!
I cannot wait for my third year (2007-8) which I'll spend on an exchange program to the States, I'm goin to OSU!! wooo! Booking my flight soon, eep. I'm really excited though 'cause it's been a couple years since I've really travelled and seeing Oregon for longer than 3 weeks will be lovely (I think I've forgotten how much it rains!) I'm excited to experience life (and parties!) at OSU, I hear it's a great place to go to school, and it'll be cool visiting old friends and making lots of new ones :)
About me in general, hmm...Well I'm the kind of person that, boring as it sounds, you can rely on - I'm a good listener, and I'll be there for you when you need me. I'm shy at times, but don't mistake that for something else - come up and say hi :) I can be a total dork, I do stupid things all the time, I seem to embarrass myself daily (a certain seat in a certain lecture hall will haunt me for life) but thats me, laugh with me and you'll be alright. I'm quite creative and I ♥ art, I've loved to draw since I could pick up a pencil and I doodle on absolutley everything. I'm always taking pictures (much to the annoyance of others), I love my camera so much. music follows me everywhere - I love and listen to every kind, to match all my moods, and it's great when I discover/get introduced to somethin new. I really love travelling and experiencing new things, I hope to see Australia one day! I adore dancing, yoga, hanging out with friends, and laughing til your cheeks burn. I love peanut M&M's + I've become addicted to Hobnobs. Ask anyone and they'll tell you I worship the sun! and I wish it would snow more here. I'm a pretty kick ass cook - haha! I love to bake too. I'm a summer girl, I love the beach, and lazy weekends, watching Disney movies (and singing all the songs) with my little brother. Johnny Depp is yum, and I love ALL movies and musicians...
