About Me

Adult self-defense and weaponry classes are now being conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 8pm - 9:30pm. Please come in proper attire (black gei or black t-shirt with black sweat pants). We are located in Steel Mill Gym II, located at 66-15 Traffic Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385. You may call my phone or contact me thru myspace for any further details.There will also be kids self-defense classes starting soon as well as Kick Boxing! Schedule will be put up shortly!
