About Me

Wow, what a natural and easy to answer question! Let me see...honesty is the best policy, wouldn't you say?I am a powerful and deadly mercenary for hire. I roam the world, righting wrongs and telling impoverished children stories to shine rays of light into their bleak little lives.I recently had an audience with the Pope, who proclaimed me 'The most radical dude he had yet met during his papacy.' I think he said that; it was in Latin. My home life is fairly standard: I use my extranormal abilities to save people from burning buildings, foil bank robberies and push ahead in queues at the post office.I live in a town called Luton about thirty miles north of London. The only remarkable thing about the town is that it was recently voted 'Crappest town in the UK' out of fifty. (This is actually true, I kid you not.)If you want to know anything else, just drop me a line.

My Interests

Varied and Inscrutable. If you want to know more, or indeed what 'inscrutable' means, just buzz me.

I'd like to meet:

Er, God, I don't know. Spider-Man, Robocop, and the leader of the Munchkins out of the Wizard of Oz movie. Not that I'd have much to say to him, I'd just like to push him down the stairs and kick him around for a bit.On a side note, it's great to get friend requests, but not blind ones. Please send a message or something as well, so I know something about the person who wants to be my friend.

Music:

Pretty much anything though at the moment; Jack Johnson, Donavon Frankenreiter, Kate Earl, Ben Harper, The Streets, Beth Orton...changes pretty often I have to say.

Movies:

I am a big movie fan...not physically, I mean I am a normal sized guy, but my affinity for movies is big, ahem, anyway....so it would be difficult and dull to write every film I love down, but here are my top 5.Joint Number 1) Last of The Mohicans (Michael Mann version) and The Shawshank Redemption. Yes, just like a million other people, I know.2) Terminator 2. This film is the definitive and perfect action movie.3) Falling Down starring Michael Douglas4) Good Will Hunting5) An American Tail....pffft, nah, just kidding, though I really like that song that Fievel and his sister sing each other..."Sooooomewheere out there, beneeeath the paaaale moonlight!" Man that's deep. Excuse me, I have something in my eye...5) Ghost Dog: Way of the SamuraiHonorable mentions to Star Wars, Dog Soldiers, Bourne Movies, Some Like It Hot, Notting Hill and many more.

Television:

Lost, Futurama, Family Guy, Scrubs and the mighty Simpsons.

Books:

Lord of The Flies by William Golding, Shogun by James Clavell, The Alchemist by Paulo Coeho, High Fidelity by Nick Hornby, Harry Potter (Yes, Harry Potter. Yes. Want a fight about it, hmm?), Abarat series by Clive Barker, American Gods by Neil Gaiman, Tolkein's works, Hard Times by Charles Dickens, Hokkaido Highway Blues by Craig Ferguson, anything by Bill Bryson, anything by Isaac Asimov...god there are too many to list here.

Heroes:

My family.
