I am a 39 year old mother of four children, ages 18, 16, 11 and 9. I am married to a US Navy F-18 pilot. I teach undergraduate physical education classes at Weatherford College and am the Group Fitness Director at Powerhouse Gym, also located in Weatherford, TX. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, half a Master's Degree in Kinesiology as well as graduate hours in Sociology. I am a nationally qualified NPC Figure athlete, competing in tall and master's 35+ classes.
