Jokingly, I once thought about how time is the only thing that keeps everything from happening at once. Maybe there’s something to that thought. Timing….. that’s what it is, life is all about timing. I am writing about paradigm shifting choices affected by timing but of-course daily grind choices are inclusive in this “about me” cant. It could be school choices, career choices, friendship and life partner choices, anything huge like these examples are dictated by the opportunities at time of implementation. Life has taught me many lessons, one of which is an entire box of Girl Scout thin mints is not a sufficient breakfast. Another important and relevant lesson is, we can only put ourselves in a position and the rest of what may come is not part of our control. I’ve learned tribulations and accomplishments come with a price paid in denominations of years, months, days and hours. This currency can not be kept in a coffer accruing interest, ceaselessly it is allocated without return. Spend wisely to better understand our world. Get out of bed in the morning/afternoon live the next 24 hour time period as your last. Anything can happen; this life can build a person up or in opposition, tear them down… Holistically exciting when you think about it. This greater or lesser grail one seeks has a lot to do with luck. I believe no one moves to a big city unless he or she is feeling lucky. One never really knows what’s coming. Every day is exciting and when I get up, I make the conscience decision to indulge in the game of life. As Wayne and Garth would say, “Game-ON!!!!”
