Quite!...
NOIZ-AETHERICA, SENSE-AETHERICA, Arabix radio, Dragon Radio Lounge, and ARP Music Radio, amongst a few others, on www.live365.com (Basically it's a mix of Industrial, Power Noise, Noize, Experimental, Drum & Bass, Dub, Roots Reggae, Tribal Jungle, Dark Ambient, and even a lovely hint of Traditional Arabic / Egyptian in there). I admire and was inspired by (early) Kraftwerk, Modified Toy Orchestra, the album 'Found Sound' by a duo called Spooky (not the DJ), Slow Slow Cryptic, Soulfly, Twisted Individual, and some elements of Nurse With Wound, amongst MANY other artists that i can't remember. Terrorfakt and Combichrist are a few artists that i have heard a song or two that i have liked. But my real soft spot is for Industrial noises (factories, machines, e.t.c), natural ambiences, low humming noises, the amalgamation of sounds on trains and buses, and the M.O.D protected SW stations. Of course there is also the enchanting calls from the sirens of the East - to which no one can resist!
Anything by the great Jan Svankmajer - that weird film maker guy that did Faust and that rather strange Alice In Wonderland! ... I also enjoyed the Alien quadriology, Predator 1 & 2 (but not 'Aliens Versus Predator' as it was soppy and out of character; a bit of a dissapointment to Predator fans). Also The League Of Gentlemen (series 1,2 & xmas special), Tank Girl, Stargate anything, The Fifth Element, Heavenly Creatures, The Devils, and Asylum (excluding many others that i can't remember the names of)
The League Of Gentlemen, Stargate, You've Been Framed (the shame), and those strange comedy experiments that sometimes appear at the very early hours - anything surreal that makes you think 'What the fuck?!'
