Tobias Degen was born in St. Gallen in 1982. Supported by his parents - his mother is a classical violoncellist - he started early playing music on violin, guitar, piano and singing. Someday he discovered soulmusic that became the center of his musical inspiration. In 2002 Tobias started studying Jazz at the Jazzschool in St.Gallen first and continued and degreed in Lucerne. Year after year Tobias wrote his own music inspired by old and new soulsingers. In 2006 Tobias Degen built up his band with all his energy. A great singer, composer and bandleader is ready to go further.
