About Me

I'm a LEO (Aug 12) so therefore would describe myself as outgoing, funny and fun to be around, honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I feel very blessed to be where I am at this point in my life, I know each of us is trying to figure out what we want from ourselves and our lives, and that journey is full of up's and downs... but I'm a strong believer in good things happen to good people, as long as you're patient and you don't give up on your dreams, even when faced with setbacks....I enjoy being with friends who lift me up, who make me laugh, and who know how to have a good time and are willing to laugh at themselves in good fun!At this point in my life, I'm pursuing a career in the film industry, my passion is with Marketing and I hope to one day have creative input in marketing campaigns for feature films... I love the company I work for, and I'm looking forward to at some point leaping coasts and working in NY to experience what that's like...

My Interests

Hanging & playing games with friends...Watching movies (comedy, action-adventure, animated--or better yet, watch some life comedy stand up here in LA), and in the summer I like heading to the beach and boogie-boarding & body-surfing... But besides that, I like to just chill and relax on the couch watching movies or TV... I'd like to get back into soccer so if any of you know of any teams who play locally in Los Angeles please let me know... I'd love to play again!

I'd like to meet:

People who are good both inside and out, who like to have and are true to themselves and others... I've been pretty blessed to always have had a great circle of friends and family around me to support and encourage me through all of life's twists and turns... Right now I'd love to start playing soccer again so any of you who live in LA, or know someone who does, that plays soccer, either men's or co-ed... hollar back, I'd love to play!

Music:

I really like the new Christina Aguilera song "Ain't No Other Man"... and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but the new Jessica Simpson song "Public Affair" is catchy, even though I hate the song title... oh well, atleast she's not pouting over her break-up... Anyways.... I recently bough this new album Ultimate Summer (all these great songs remixed... perfect album for summer, working out, etc....) Right now I'm listening to just about everything, from the newest album spin-off from Linkin Park (FORT MINER-- it's awesome) to the Black Eyed Peas (they're newst album is off the hook!) to lesser known artists like Frou Frou (featured on the Garden State soundtrack). I really like Michael Buble's newest album...I also still enjoy old school Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake), punk rock (Linkin Park, Evanescence)... and country too! (Shania Twain, Rascall Flatts, Lonestar and more!) I'm pretty open to all types, just depends what mood I'm in(or want to be in!)

Movies:

DEVIL WEARS PRADA is a personal favorite as it somewhat resembles my career in entertainment thus far... Brokeback Mountain... very good, great performances by all involved... Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (very entertaining surprisingly), Wedding Crasherts, Monster-In-Law-- and of course Finding Nemo, Pirates of The Carribean, Jurassic Park, JAWS, Love Actually, and my favorite movie of all time... GOONIES!

Television:

CHECK OUT NBC's new reality show THE AGE OF LOVE (Monday nights at 9pm), that show is brilliant, very catty and fun!The Office is frickin' hilarious, definitely the ..1 comedy this year by far!I've recently started watching TRAVELER on ABC which is very good. I also like Bravo's KATHY GRIFFIN: Life on the D-List". Of course I love LOST, Deperate Housewives (gotta love 'em!) The Scholar, The Apprentice, Will & Grace, The Family Guy, FRIENDS, Simpsons, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, FOX News...

Books:

Do screenplays count? I recently read RENDITION which my company has made this film (starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon, and of course amazing MERYL STREEP), it will open in theatres this fall (October/November 2007)... it's gonna be awesome, the screenplay was amazing.

Heroes:

My Parents... they're two of my best friends and the most amazing parents in the whole entire world and without them I'd be nothing!
