I'd like to meet people that are health conscious and enjoy discussion topics about health, diet, exercise, make-up, parenting, entertainment and more. The most interesting topics of discussion for me are eating healthy, organic foods. WomanKnows.com has articles that address many other aspects of health, such as dating and relationship advice. There are many suggestions about proper diet and exercise. There are step by step instructions on variety different exercises. The website provides daily tips on health and beauty. We also have articles about children and being a good parent. The most interesting & revolutionary idea at WomanKnows.com is the "Virtual Salon," You can try out make-up and hairstyles/hair colors on the computer. So before you decide to go from a brunette to a blonde, experiment on the computer first and make sure you like the image of the new you, before you actually do anything. This tool is a great money saving tool. So many women and even men take the plunge of a complete makeover only to end up horribly disappointed.

I love European Music, especially "Ingrid" She's French, but she did one of her songs in English, called "You Promised Me." I'm sure many of you know the song. It never gets old. My favorite music is from the '80's. Some of my favorite groups, to list a few: Modern Talking, ABBA, The Police, Queen (I cried when Freddy Mercury passed.)Of course I also think Andrea Bocelli has an amazing voice and beautiful songs. Once in a while I enjoy todays greatest hits. I'm crazy about Justin Timberlakes newest hits, his music makes me dance. Timbaland, 50 cent, Gwen Stefani, Neo, Christina Aguilera, are all amazing! Recently we have discovered a group that we fell in love with, Candy Coated Chaos. Those girls can sure sing and put on a great show. Basically, you could say I love it all! I appreciate talent and beauty when I see it!!!
Movies:
Movies have to be funny, they have to be able to make you cry, they have to have a story line that is believable! I enjoy the action films as well. As long as they make sense! I'm a big logic person. If it makes sense, I can watch it. I can enjoy it! I don't want to watch anything that is pointless and I know I won't enjoy!!!
Television:
Like music, the television offers so many programs, caters to so many tastes. That's quite important! Imagine if there were only 2 or 3 channels and all 6.6 billion of us had to watch that. G-d forbid! We would all go out of our minds, what would we do with our time? I can't imagine! I'm sure we are all thankful for the amazing technology that is available to us in the present time. Imagine the future! When I watch the tube, It has to be interesting, real. Again, I don't want bs.
Books:
I am currently reading a book on natural beauty. I think it's amazing that we can be beautiful and take care of our hair, skin, and nails with things that we find in nature. WOW! Who would have thought that we could survive without so many harmful chemicals! I think it's amazing, very educational, and more of us should be doing these things! We can be healthy and help the environment simultaneously!
Heroes:
My heroes are my children! I look at them and wish that I could see things with more simplicity and joy! I wish that I could stop analyzing everything about everything! I'm exhausted. For one day, I wish I could throw my opinions and judgments out the window! As adults, we understand what unconditional love is, but how often do we actually love our significant others without conditions. It's not very easy. Children truly love without conditions. They forgive and forget so quickly, and more of us adults would benefit from characteristics such as theirs. My son's school philosophy is that we are our children's teachers. That is very true for the most part. We teach them respect and manners, and how to make good choices in their lives. But our children are our teachers as well. They teach us to love, to care, to understand, to heal, to be thankful, and most importantly to smile!!!
